The location of this hotel was perfect, with the Opera Metro Station just a short walk away. We stayed in a 2-room suite for 5 nights, and it was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was outstanding. We couldn't fault the hotel facilities or the transportation options available.

The hotel's location in the very city centre was perfect for exploring both sides of the river. It was situated in a calm backstreet, so there were no worries about noise. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities, such as the roof terrace and minibar, added to the cozy and special atmosphere. The staff were not only lovely and helpful but also knowledgeable, providing great recommendations.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel had great facilities, including a nice lobby with a beautiful scent, free sangria and lemonade, and even a surprise bottle of wine in the room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing thoughtful touches like a welcome note and a packed breakfast for our early departure. The location was perfect, situated in a pedestrian area near the metro station and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, treating us like royalty. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and clean room that had a functional kitchen. One of the highlights was the beautifully cooked wine, which was complimentary in the evenings. The location was perfect, right next to the opera house and within walking distance to all the major sights in the city. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices, with fresh orange juice and made-to-order omelets available upon request.
